Oyo Centre project for BEAC

SGE-C Congo and Sogea-Satom Congo have been entrusted by the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) with the construction of its centre in Oyo, located 1,000 km from the port of Pointe-Noire in the Republic of Congo.

Around 200 people were involved in this major project. It included the construction of a 5-storey building, roadworks, various networks and external fittings. The work, which began in August 2016, covered all areas of construction.

Key figures:

9,000 square metres of floor space.
7,500 cubic metres of concrete used for the shell.
