Gender equality index

50/100: Professional gender equality index score obtained by Sogea-Satom for the year 2023.

This overall score is calculated based on 4 indicators that have been made compulsory under the French law for the freedom to choose one’s professional future:

Gender pay gap: 0/40

Difference in the allocation of individual raises between men and women: 35/35

Number of employees receiving a raise upon their return from maternity leave: 15/15

Equality among the 10 highest earners: 0/10

In the light of these results, Sogea-Satom’s management, in consultation with its employee representatives, has established an action plan to promote gender equality in the workplace.

In particular, this plan includes corrective measures to be implemented in accordance with Article D1142-6 of the French Labor Code:

Attracting new female employees:

– Wherever possible, including a female candidate among the selected profiles
– Promoting our professions to women via the “Elles Bougent!” network

Retaining our talent:

– Offering effective, rewarding support to our female employees who have been promoted or who have high potential (coaching/mentoring)
– Promoting women to managerial positions or positions requiring a high level of technical knowledge/expertise (above French executive position B4)

Ensuring equal pay:

– Assessing the bonuses paid to employees on maternity leave regardless of this absence
– Taking corrective action if a pay gap is observed that is not objectively justified
