Safety cannot be guaranteed on paper, it has to be actively implemented in the field. The health and safety of our teams and our stakeholders is a top priority in our daily work on our construction sites and in our branches. The sole objective is to ensure safe production. Our health and safety culture is enhanced by the involvement of all employees, from managers to team members, as well as our network of health and safety officers. We are progressing towards a culture of prevention in which everyone plays an active role, with the aim of achieving ‘zero serious accidents’.

Protecting natural resources and taking action to combat climate change: these are two more absolute priorities, on a par with health and safety. In the field, this means optimizing resources via the circular economy, taking tangible action to address climate change and protecting natural environments by developing efficient solutions.

We follow clear operational guidelines, and beyond the climate emergency, each and every one of us maintains high standards regarding the environmental performance of our projects. Therefore, we are constantly seeking new, sustainable solutions to help us meet the objectives we have set ourselves.

We prioritize local recruitment and create partnerships that are conducive to economic and social development. We are also committed to fostering long-term collaborations with schools and higher education facilities (in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Mauritius, Morocco, Senegal, etc.).
